Before joining Marianna's online classes I was not taking any time for myself and juggling caring for my father in Yorkshire with local responsibilities. The regular meditation and relaxation sessions along with access to the recordings has really helped focus more on myself and understand that I need to switch off to be able to cope. She has been so encouraging and her calm voice really helps. Her nutrition advice has also been beneficial since being diagnosed with diabetes.
